Postage Info

What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

  • Internet banking or over the counter deposits at Commonwealth Banks (payments be be finalised within 3 working days of ordering - please quote your order number or name).  Please allow 48 hours for your payment to reach our account, if the payment is being processed through another bank other than Commmonwealth (where our account is held).
  • Banking details can be found on your Confirmation of Order email, scroll down towards the bottom.
  • Paypal (credit cards accepted via Paypal) - minimum transaction $10.00
  • Credit card by phone:  please phone through your credit card details (during business hours) to complete your order to 0432 851008.  Please remember that Perth is three hours behind NSW/VIC (during daylight saving months) and 2 hours behind QLD time, so please consider before you pick up the phone as 9am is 6am in Perth!!  The credit card must be in the name of the person who placed the order, as phoning through your husband/partner's card is considered fraud by the banks.
  • Credit card by phone - we can only accept credit cards that are bank issued - we cannot accept prepaid Visa cards, prepaid travel credit cards or the new Load & Go Visa from Australia Post - these cards need to be swiped through a machine, which obviously we cannot do!!
  • New Zealand orders - Paypal only
  • Money order (goods posted immediately upon receipt of money orders)
  • Personal Cheque - please note all personal cheques require a mandatory clearance time of 5 working days (unfortunately the actions of customers bouncing cheques has forced me to enforce this rule for everyone!)

Please note that if you fail to pay within 3 working days and your order is cancelled a restocking fee of $10 will be charged BEFORE you can re-order from this website.   Your account will also be suspended for non payment until the restocking fee is settled.

What Are Your Postage Rates and Postage Options?

Please note we only ship to Australian and New Zealand addresses

  • Western Australia - $5.95 (eParcel)
  • All other States (QLD, TAS, VIC, NSW, NT, SA & ACT) - $7.95 (eParcel)
  • Express Post - 500 gram satchel $10.55 (this is for small lightweight items only - NO 12 x 12 papers, SMASH books, Simple Stories binders, large punches etc)
  • Express Post 3kg Jumbo satchel $16.00 (this satchel fits a pizza box and can be used for just about anything where you require fast service)
  • Local Pickup - if you live close by you are welcome to pickup your order - we are located in Tapping.
  • New Zealand Post - flat rate $20 (if actual costs are less we will refund your Paypal account)

Please note that EXPRESS POST is "usually two working days" however Australia Post do have a disclaimer on their website which says if you or I (as the sender) are outside their express post delivery network - express post is "fastest service possible".

EXPRESS POST PARCELS CANNOT BE INSURED AND CAN BE LEFT WITHOUT A SIGNATURE - PLEASE NOTE IF THESE PARCELS VANISH THEY WILL NOT BE REPLACED AS THE SERVICE REQUESTED IS NOT OUR PREFERRED SERVICE WHICH REQUIRES A SIGNATURE.

Postage to the East Coast of Australia usually takes 5-7 working days and postage within WA is usually 1-5 working days depending on your location.

eParcel (Australia Post)

  • All parcels will now be sent via Australia Post's eParcel system, which means you can track your parcel from dispatch to your front door
  • ALL our parcels require a signature and cannot be left at front door, excludes express post (see above).

Do you have FREE Postage?

  • Free shipping with receipted delivery is available on all orders over $90.00.  To qualify for free shipping your single transaction must be over $90.00 - not a combination of small orders adding up to $90. 
  • If you wish to combine smaller orders one flat rate postage fee will be applied.

Coupons/Special Offer Codes

Occasionally via newsletter we offer special coupon codes - these codes are given out via our newsletters.  To redeem coupon codes these MUST be entered as described via the newsletter in the discount coupon area of our checkout.  It is your responsibility to enter the code as part of the checkout process and orders will NOT be adjusted after processing if you "forget" to enter the code.  Only one coupon code can be applied to your order.

Packaging Commitment

  • All items are packed carefully to ensure they arrive to you in perfect condition. The majority of my orders ship in strong/sturdy pizza boxes.  I also use Australia Post padded and tough bags where required.
  • My customers are important to me and I pride myself on providing excellent service and turnaround time. If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase please contact me so that we can discuss alternative arrangements. All items are brand new and packed carefully, if for some reason there is damage during transport please also contact me to arrange a return and replacement product.

Returns/Out of Stock Items

  • If you receive a faulty item please contact me immediately at sales@annascraftcupboard.com.au.  The item will need to be returned for assessment before a refund is issued.
  • We do not accept returns if you simply change your mind or order incorrectly.  There is ample time in checkout to look over your order and make sure what you confirm is what you require.  You can also log into your account and use My Account to look at previous order history so that you don't double up.  It is YOUR responsibility to check your shopping cart prior to checking out.
  • Occasionally an item you order might be out of stock.  If this happens your order will ship with a refund in your box (if you paid via bank deposit) or the refund will be sent to your Paypal account (if you paid with Paypal).
  • Products WILL NOT BE SUBSTITUTED without your consent.
  • If a "clearance item" is unavailable, you will not be contacted and just provided a refund.

Changing Email Addresses

  • If your email address has changed, please log in (using your old email address), click on My Account and then update email addresses.  Please do not create a new account.  If you do create a new account and you are already a  previously registered customer you are NOT entitled to re-use your first order discount.  Any customer found to be entering new email addresses, simply to use the first order discount will be banned from the website.
  • Only one account per street/PO Box address is allowed.  Only persons over the age of 16 may register for an account.
