Please be aware that I am located in Western Australia which is two hours behind (sometimes 3 hours depending on daylight savings).  Please check the time before picking up the phone to call me - 9am EST can be 6am in Perth!!

If you are phoning your credit card details through to complete an order - please phone during business hours 9am - 5pm (Monday to Friday), please DO NOT send credit card details via email as this is a very unsafe practice.

I would appreciate that calls to my mobile are limited to business hours - Monday to Friday, if you need to reach me outside of these hours please use the contact me email form below and I will answer your question as soon as possible.
