Step 1: Punch a strip of lace out of the Fancy Pants Blissful Blizzard Paper – Ice Crystals by punching the border out then measuring the depth and flipping the punch and punching a matching border. Stick the lace to the American Craft Cardstock – White to the left of the page with double sided tape. Then using the Cheery Lyn Die – High Tea Doily and the Fancy Pants Blissful Blizzard Paper – Snowballs create the doily and stick that to the American Craft Cardstock – White as shown.
Step 2: Cut a piece of the Fancy Pants Blissful Blizzard Paper – Icicles to measure 7” x 6” and stick to the lower left of the paper as shown. Cut a piece of the Fancy Pants Blissful Blizzard Paper – Ice Crystals 6.5” x4.5” and stick to the page as shown.
Step 3: Cut a piece of the Fancy Pants Blissful Blizzard Paper – Snowballs (reverse) to measure 2” x 8” and then snip the ends in a v on both ends to create the bunting shape. Cut a strip of the measuring tape from the Fancy Pants Blissful Blizzard Paper – Snow Pack and stick it over the bunting as shown. Add your photo to the layout with double sided tape at this point.
Step 4: To Embellish colour the WOW ACC Exclusive Miniature Word – Seriously? in a coordinating burgundy and the WOW Chipboard – Doily 9 (D1504) in a coordinating sage blue. Stick them together on the layout as shown. Embellish in clusters with the Prima Flower Encore – Turquoise (561352) and other Prima flowers adding a few Cheery Lyn Die – Fanciful Flourish in the Fancy Pants Blissful Blizzard Paper – Snowballs (reverse).
